Pickup Settings is where you can add pick-up/drop-off location field for travelers to fill in. If your product offer hotel pickup and round-trip transportation, please complete the settings here. If not, you can skip it.

Step 1: Select Pickup services included

Step 2: Turn on Pick-up Route / Drop-off Route

Pick-up Route: If you want to request your customer to provide their pick-up location while booking, please turn it on.
Drop-off Route: If you want to request your customer to provide their drop-off location while booking, please turn it on.
Step 3: Click +Add to create a pick-up route label

*Note: If you have products with the same hotel pick-up time, you can select the same label to apply without creating duplicate labels.
Step 4: Select Allow customer to enter pickup requests in Route Type

Step 5: Input your Label Name, set your Available Time, and click Create

If your pick-up time allows travelers to choose, you can set a time range, and they can choose a time period which split into five-minute time slots.
Example:
Available Time 08:00 AM to 08:01 AM ⭢ Travelers can only choose 08:00 AM.
Available Time 08:00 AM to 08:10 AM ⭢ Travelers can choose 08:00, 08:05, 08:10 AM according to their preference.
Step 6: Choose the label you just set, and then click Save

Step 7: Turn on Drop-off Route button (Optional), choose the label, and Save & Next

If your pick-up/drop-off service is from location A to location B, please turn on the button. Then choose the same label as the Pick-up Route you just set.
If pick-up and drop-off places are the same (round trip transportation), then you don't need to turn it on.

If you turn on Pick-up Route / Drop-off Route button, then your product's booking page will generate Pickup Details module for travelers to fill in their location information.
