Question 1: Ｗhat is the payment cycle and when can I receive the payment?
For all KKday Marketplace merchants, the payment cycle is monthly basis and according to your Order Departure Date. Payment will be settled on the 1st of two months later.
Example:
Order departure date is May 1st, and payment date is July 1st.
Order departure date is May 31st, and payment date is July 1st.
Question 2: What is the commission rate?
Commission rate may be different from each product subcategory. You may check it in rezio - Channel Manager while you are in the step of supplying product info to KKday Marketplace Channel.
Path: Channel > KKday Marketplace - Product Info > Settings
*Please note that the commission rate is subject to be changed. KKday will notify you in advance if there are any adjustments.
Question 3: Is there any listing fee or platform fee?
KKday merchants can use rezio system for free to create and supply products to KKday Marketplace Channel. There are currently no listing fees or platform fees.
