This article will guide you on how to archive or delete unused products.
If you have already added sessions to the product, you can ONLY use the Archive function.
If you have NOT added any session yet, you can use the Delete function.
Go to Publish > Sales Calendar to find the product and turn off the session button to close the sales options.
⚠️ Note: Once you turn it off, booking of this sales option will be unavailable right away.
Go to Product List > Batch Edit > Archive
Check the products you want to archive (you can select multiple), click Archive, and confirm. Once completed, the product will be hidden from the Product List.
⚠️ Note: The archive function is only available for products with the status set to Discontinued. If the product cannot be selected, please return to Step 1 to close all sales oprions for that product.
Go to Product List > Batch Edit > Delete
Check the products you want to archive (you can select multiple), click Delete, and confirm. Once completed, the product will be removed from the Product List and CANNOT be restored.
⚠️ Note: If the product CANNOT be selected, it means a session has already been added, so the product CANNOT be deleted. Please use the archive function mentioned above instead.
