Complete your order by Check-in & Redeem

After your trip is successfully completed, please finalize the order redemption in the system to keep track of the order processing status and send a review invitation email, inviting travelers to write a 5-star review for your experience!

Check-in & Redeem is the button to complete the order, If the tour ended successfully, please click this button and the order status will change to Completed in Channel which means order completed.  

In this status, the order cannot be canceled or refunded anymore. The customer will earn KKday points and have access to comment and rate your product.

⚠️ If you redeem the order in advance, the order cannot be canceled or refunded anymore!

⚠️ DO NOT click the “Check-in & Redeem” button before the traveler’s departure date to avoid customer complaints!

Redeem with Order Number

Please make sure the order number is correct. It CANNOT be returned or canceled if you redeem the wrong order.

In Rezio WEB

Step1: Input the order number to be redeemed, and then click Check in & Redeem.

Step2: Order information will be displayed for you to review. Please click Confirm to redeem the selected voucher.

In Rezio APP
