Overview of the Order Process
This article will help you understand the process after a new order is generated, including real-time order confirmation and accurate completion of order verification after the experience. This will help you maintain a high order fulfillment rate and receive positive reviews from travelers.

Order Management
Book & Pay
Travelers can select their preferred currency and make a payment using a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment. The order will be established in the rezio system only after payment is confirmed.
New Order Notification
When a new order is generated, the system will send you a push notification. Please download the Rezio App, enable notifications, and ensure it is updated to the latest version to avoid missing any new order notifications.
To view new orders, go to Main Menu > Order Management > Order List, where you can filter and search for orders (related article: How to View New Orders?).
Availability Confirmation
The system will automatically update the real-time inventory quantity on the product page. You can also view the remaining availability in Publish > Availability Calendar. If a session is sold out, please promptly close the session to avoid overselling or customer complaints (related article: How to close sold-out date/session?).
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation process depends on the "Order Confirmation Method" you set for your product. When an order is confirmed, the system will send a confirmation email and voucher to the traveler (related article: How to Confirm an Order?).
Instantly: After the traveler places an order, the system will confirm the order within 5 minutes.
Manually: You need to manually confirm the order in the rezio backend. The order will be confirmed and an email sent only after you click confirm.
⚠️ Note: Sending the voucher indicates that the trip is confirmed and can proceed. Do NOT cancel the order after confirmation to avoid complaints.
Voucher Redemption

After the order is confirmed, the traveler will receive a confirmation email with the voucher.
Redemption
On the day of the experience, travelers must show their voucher to you. You can use the Rezio App to scan the QR code or go to Redemption > Check-in and Redeem to enter the order number for redemption. Completing the check-in and redemption signifies that the order is completed. Be sure to click the check-in and redemption button only after the trip has concluded (after the departure date).
⚠️ Reminder: Before redeeming, ensure that the order number and details are correct. Once an order is redeemed, it cannot be canceled or refunded through the system. To avoid customer complaints, do NOT redeem orders prematurely.
Comment Letter & Rating
Once the order is redeemed, the system will automatically send the comment letter. Travelers can rate your product, leave comments, and add photos. Better reviews attract more travelers to book. After a successful trip, remind travelers to leave a five-star review. They may receive discount vouchers for their reviews, enhancing your product's appeal!
