In the Product Settings > Publish Settings tab, you can set the method and type of voucher to be provided to travelers based on the product settings (for details, please refer to this article).
Generally, you can use the system's default voucher template and QR code. If you need to upload custom vouchers or QR codes, this article will help you understand the relevant settings and important considerations for order processing.
If you want to provide custom vouchers, the Confirm Bookings must be set to "Manual," meaning that all orders require individual review and confirmation by you to determine if they can be accepted.
From Order Date: Commit to confirming the order within a specified number of days after the order date.
⚠️ Note: The Marketplace only supports days. If you set N days and M hours, it will automatically round up to N+1 days.
[Example] If you set 2 days and 12 hours from the order date, and the traveler places an order on April 1, 2024, you must confirm the order by April 4, 2024.
From Departure Date: Commit to confirming the order within a specified number of days before the departure date.
⚠️ Note: The Marketplace only supports days. If you set N days and M hours, it will automatically round down to N days.
[Example] If you set 2 days and 12 hours before the departure date, and the order's departure date is April 30, 2024, you must confirm the order by April 28, 2024.
The cut-off time is when sessions stop accepting bookings, which means setting the earliest date travelers can start purchasing your product. Please select "By Session Start Time—Specified" and enter the cut-off days.
When using a specified time, the cut-off days must be greater than the confirmation time above. If you set N days and M hours, it will automatically round up to N+1 days.
[Example] If the confirmation time is set to 2 days and 12 hours based on the order date, the cut-off days must be 3 days or more.
Voucher Type: Please choose "Upload Voucher Files." When a new order is created, you will need to manually upload the voucher first, and then the traveler can receive your order notification email.
How to Send: Please choose "Send Manually" and set the days for sending the voucher.
⚠️ Note: The days for sending the voucher should be less than or equal to the "Booking Cut-off Time - Specified Days."
Double-check that the day settings comply with the following rules. Once confirmed, click "Save and Next":
Booking Cut-off Time ≥ Voucher Sending Days > Booking Confirmation Days
[Example] Booking Cut-off Time - Travelers can book orders 3 days later ≥ Merchant will send the voucher within 3 days > Merchant will confirm the order within 2 days

Number of Vouchers to Generate: Please keep the default value "By Order."
Number of Times for Redemption: Please keep the default value "1."
Voucher Language: This setting will affect the language displayed on the voucher. You can choose either "Custom" or "According to customers' order language.“
How to Send: Please choose "Manually" and set the days for sending the voucher.

After receiving a new order, if you confirm that you can provide the service, go to the order list to find the order, and upload the file in the "Voucher" tab.
Upload a Voucher File: Click "Upload File" and upload the complete voucher file to the system. Please pay attention to the file format and upload quantity limits.
Upload a QR Code:
Click "Upload File" to upload the QR code image to the system. Supported file formats are PNG or JPG.
After complete your voucher, you can send the voucher to the traveler.
Upload a Voucher File: After uploading, click "Send Voucher Email." The system will send an order notification email with the voucher attached to the traveler.
Upload a QR code: After uploading, click "Generate voucher." The system will send an order notification email with the voucher attached to the traveler’s email address.
After sending the certificate, click "Confirm Order" to complete the order processing.
⚠️ Note: Failure to confirm orders on time will impact your trusted partner performance. Please process orders within the promised confirmation time to maintain your order fulfillment rate and achieve excellent performance. (For more details, please refer to: What is Order Fulfillment Rate?)
The system will automatically redeem the order after the experience ends and send a review invitation email to the traveler. The order status will remain "Confirmed."
If you need to cancel the order or process a refund through the system, please complete the relevant actions before the experience ends.
