Marketplace Prohibited and Restricted Products List

In order to cooperate with KKday's overall operating strategy, the following product categories will be managed and maintained by the platform and may not be listed and sold by KKday Marketplace merchants:

• Tickets (for example: attraction tickets, performance tickets, etc.)

• Wifi/ SIM card 

• Car rental (for example: cars, motorcycles, electric motorcycles, etc.)

If you want to provide the following types of products or services, please be sure to follow the relevant regulations:

• Car Transportation 

1. The vehicle must be legally registered, hold a valid registration certificate issued by the local transportation department, and comply with vehicle and license plate marking specifications.

2. The vehicle must meet safety standards and have properly usable seat belts, and must not exceed the approved maximum number of passengers. 

3. Driving should have the necessary licenses or certificates required by local law.

• Water Sports (for the Taiwan market) 

  1. The goods or services provided should comply with the "Regulations on the Management of Water Recreation Activities".

  2. When providing goods or services, they should be guided by coaches certified by a certification agency.

  3. You must purchase "Water Sports Insurance" and indicate the contents of "Water Sports Insurance" in the "Included" field on the KKday product page.

• Passport Application Service (for the Taiwan market) 

  1. When handling passport and visa applications, the applicant's documents and photos must be thoroughly verified, and the applicant must sign in person.

  2. The service cannot be completed through mailed submissions or by having another person sign on behalf of the applicant. Compliance with regulations must be ensured.

⚠️ Note: If relevant regulations are not met, KKday has the right to delist products and prohibit the provision of services. The actual regulations should be based on the latest laws of each country. For more details, please refer to the Rules on Provision of Legal Qualification Documents by the Merchants.

Taiwan Market

• Alcoholic Products: The sale of products related to alcohol is strictly prohibited. Product descriptions must NOT reference drinking, tasting, or consuming alcohol in any way.

• Invasive Products: The sale of invasive beauty products is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, ear candles, acupuncture, whitening injections, radiotherapy, laser treatments, and injectable services.

• Consignment Products: The consignment of physical goods is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, DIY kits, gifts, and food items.

• Pure Dining, Accommodation, Ticket Products: Travel agencies are NOT permitted to sell general consumer products. This restriction does not apply to merchants who are not travel agencies.

Japanese Market

• Charter Transportation Service: KKday Marketplace merchants are prohibited from selling charter transportation services, including private car charters and airport transfers. 

Southeast Asian Market

• Singapore-Malaysia Cross-Border Transportation: If offering cross-border transportation services between Singapore and Malaysia, merchants must possess the ASEAN Public Service Vehicle Permit (PSVP) and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) license. Without these permits, the service CANNOT be listed.

• LGTBQ products: Malaysian markets are NOT allowed to sell or promote any LGBTQ-related products.
