Having Food In Class
Do you ever feel like you need your own food in class and not the teacher's food? I think that we should be able to have food in class. Some people get hungry, you know. I especially think we should be able to have food in fifth or sixth period especially. Personally, we should get food in sixth period. I know we have lunch right after but it is when most people are hungriest. We could have a little snack to hold us off until lunch.
After I interviewed a few people, I gathered this information. Kalani says, “We should be able to have food in sixth period. This is the time when most people are hungry”. When I asked Justice if he thinks we should be able to have food in sixth period, he said “Sure. The school lunch doesn’t fill you up”. Rylan said,”Yeah.” Lacey says, “Yes, I think we should. But we should be able to have food in every period, if we get hungry. You might get hungry and its annoying to be hungry.” Which is true. Jenna says, “Yes. The lunch period isn’t long enough.” If people are hungry, they can’t really focus. So if people are hungry, they can get food the next passing period to at least get them through until lunch.
In conclusion, I think we should be able to have food during class. People get hungry and sometimes it feels like this school is trying to starve us because of how late the eighth grade lunch is. I can’t say for the seventh and sixth graders, but they have a way earlier lunch and its not at one o’clock in the afternoon. In every class, we should be able to have food when we are hungry.
