What's Next for DMS?

Dodgeball Tournament 

-   Want a chance to win a dodgeball tournament?! For just 10 P.A.T.S. tickets per person (100 P.A.T.S. for the whole team), and 10 people on a team (5 girls and 5 boys for each group ), you and your friends can participate in an annual dodgeball tournament). To make it even more fun, create your own costumes! Just be sure they are school-appropriate.

Pep Assemblies

 - There will be many pep assemblies for our school! They tell you about your grades/Honor Roll and many other things! You can look forward to them coming soon.

Walkathon

School Dances 

- There are many dances in Douglas Middle School’s future, including incentive dances and a final dance for the 8th graders! The concessions will be run by either the student council, drama, or choir.

Adding Additional Snacks/Concessions

• As we all know DMS has concessions at games, but during basketball season you can expect extras… For example hot dogs, nachos with cheese, and maybe more.

• Every Friday there may be some lollipops waiting for you at lunch! Even some chips and some other snacks for 10 P.A.T.S. tickets. 

 Extending Passing Period

• Due to students not using their time responsibly during the passing period, we don’t have a chance to get it back to 4 minutes.
