The Native American Parade
Did you go to the Native American Day parade? If not, this article tells you about the parade and will help you understand more about Indigenous people the way they live, and some of the struggles they faced.
The Native American Parade was about an hour and a half long. They had protesters in it for racism and pride parades. The Parade had like twenty or more floats. The different floats were about pride, rainbow, and native americans. Other things to see there were native Americans' medicine wheels and drummers and there were also Halloween floats and cars covered in spider webs and other decorations. There were people dressed up in costumes and they also threw candy during the parade. It was inspiring because it had rapid vs racism and had protesters fighting against racism which people loved and I loved.
To conclude the native American parade was an inspiring colorful event filled with native American festivities.
