How to Take Care of a DUCK

Have you ever considered getting a pet duck, but aren't sure how to properly care for one? Ducks require a lot of attention and care, These birds require proper care so they remain happy.  

The first step in taking care of a duck is making sure you have enough space. You want to make sure that the duck has just enough space for it to play around and make sure it doesn't feel trapped. With that, you should always make sure that they have clean water because they like to swim. They also need a dry place so they can rest. 

Secondly, you have to make sure that the duck has good hygiene. This includes bathing it and trimming the feathers. 

Third, feeding ducks is also an essential part of their care. Ducks require a diet that is high in protein and low in carbohydrates. You can feed them a commercial duck feed, which is available at most pet stores, or you can provide them with fresh vegetables and fruits
