As we wrap up another fantastic week at Riverview, we want to remind families that our Red Hot 50/50 Raffle closes tomorrow at midnight! The lucky winner will take home over $2,000 — and there’s still time to purchase tickets and select the class you’d like to support. Proceeds from the raffle will go directly toward resurfacing our outdoor basketball court. This space is used by students across all grade levels throughout the year, and we are so excited for them to enjoy a brand-new surface. Thank you for your continued support of our Raiders community!
Our Grade 7–9 Band students had an incredible experience at Band Camp at Camp Nakamun alongside the JMHS band. Students combined ensembles to practice music together, spent time in the gym playing games, and enjoyed card games and team-building activities. It was a wonderful opportunity to grow musically while strengthening friendships and building community.
On the court, our Raiders basketball teams continue to make us proud! Our Junior Girls won their quarter-final game this week and will face New Sarepta School in the semi-finals next week. They are also competing this weekend in the tournament at École Champs Vallée School — best of luck, girls!
Our Senior Girls head to Pigeon Lake on Thursday for their semi-final matchup, while our Senior Boys host Covenant Christian School at Riverview on Thursday for their quarter-final game. We are cheering all of our athletes on as they compete!
