As was stated in the recent letter from Mr. Borgfjord, the labour action has ended and our wonderful support staff including our EA's, librarian and secretaries have returned to school effective today, Thursday, March 20. As we move forward together, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding over the past four weeks. This labour disruption has been a challenging time for both our Raiders families and staff, and we truly appreciate the grace and support you have shown throughout.
With the return of our support staff, we are looking forward to reuniting as a full school community. As part of this transition, we want to inform you that we will not be moving forward with the at-home learning rotation that was scheduled to begin on Monday, March 24. Instead, all students will return to full-time, in-person learning on Monday, March 24.
As always, we ask that any student absences be reported using our absence form or by emailing rms@gshare.blackgold.ca. This allows absences to be reported properly. Your continued cooperation helps us ensure a smooth transition for everyone.
Thank you again for your ongoing support—we are excited to have everyone back together and appreciate your partnership in making this a positive adjustment for our school community.

Please reach out to our office staff if you would like to set up a payment plan for your fees. Breaking the payments up over the school year can allow you to pay your fees without the stress of paying everything all at once.

My name is Ronda Kehoe, and I am the Learning Support Teacher as well as our school counsellor. I am not a therapist, but can support students as things come up. Life happens!
