Welcome back to a new school year filled with exciting beginnings, adventures, and challenges. As we step into this journey together, let's embrace the opportunities that lie ahead with enthusiasm and positivity.
This month, we are focusing on a core value that will set the tone for the entire year—RESPECT. Respect for ourselves, respect for others, and respect for our learning environment. Building strong, positive relationships is at the heart of our school community, and respect is the foundation upon which these relationships grow.
As we navigate this school year, let's make a collective effort to show kindness, understanding, and consideration in all that we do. Whether it's in the classroom, hallways, or playground, let's be mindful of our actions and words, ensuring they reflect the respect we have for each other.
Thank you for being a part of our school community. Together, let's make this year one of growth, learning, and mutual respect.
Wishing you all a wonderful start to the school year!

Over the course of the year, we will begin practicing our Emergency Response protocols. All schools across the Black Gold School Division participate in the same protocols and it is important that we practice these throughout the year so our school community is ready to respond should we need to.
