Brr! That temperature sure dropped this week. To keep our hallways and floors clean and safe, we are asking students to wear footwear for outside and a separate pair of indoor shoes. Help us keep the water and sand off our floors. Also, if you are in need of some ice melt for your sidewalks and driveways, contact the school to purchase a pail...only $30 and ready for pick up!
Our basketball season is underway! With Grade 5/6 teams participating in their first games on Wednesday and we wish them luck as they head to Leduc Composite High School this weekend for their tournament.
As we have started new CTF options, please check your child's PowerSchool account for fees. These fees are critical as we plan the course! If you have questions, please contact the office.
New to Riverview is our Learning Lab! Teachers can assign students to a designated learning space at lunch recess to complete assignments, catch up on work, or even complete missed assignments! Check your child's PowerSchool grades to see if your child could benefit from this space. Teachers may also take advantage of this time and assign students to the Learning Lab. This is a great opportunity for helping our students learn to prioritize their academics, and learn attitudes and behaviours to be successful for the future.
Wishing you all a lovely (and warm) weekend. Stay safe!
Please reach out to our office staff if you would like to set up a payment plan for your fees. Breaking the payments up over the school year can allow you to pay your fees without the stress of paying everything all at once.
