Counsellor's Corner  

So hard to believe, but the year is winding down and finals are in full swing! I've included a graphic below that cues us of what is in our control, and what is not.  As pressure mounts for some, it's a good reminder. I am also including a link HERE with some good tips on how to get down to the business of studying, and not procrastinate. Don't forget: a quiet study space free of your phone and one NOT sitting in the middle of your bed, is a great start.  Good luck, Raiders, you've got this!
