It’s been a busy and meaningful week at Riverview!

We wrapped up our Junior High CTF option courses and launched new ones this week. Fees for these new courses are now available on PowerSchool — we encourage families to review and complete these payments at their earliest convenience.

Yesterday, we held our Remembrance Day Ceremony at Riverview. A heartfelt thank you to our Town of Devon representatives and our BGSD School Trustee Devonna Klaassen for joining us. A special shout-out goes to our Grade 9 students, Anilea and Sophie, for leading the ceremony, and to all of our student readers and musicians who helped make the event so meaningful.

Basketball season is underway! Grade 5/6 tryouts began this week and will continue after the break, alongside Junior High basketball tryouts.

A reminder that Fall Break is next week — students will return to classes on Monday, November 17.

Finally, don’t forget about our Poinsettia and Winter Arrangement Fundraiser — details are included below.
