We hope your child had a great week at Riverview! Many of our students participated in the LDAA X-Country meet and all 3 of our volleyball teams were in action and each team won their league games. It has also been great to see so many of our families attending the games and cheering on their Raiders! We look forward to meeting more of our parents at the upcoming Parent Teacher Interviews. Please book an appointment as soon as possible.
If your child is being dropped off or picked up by a personal vehicle, please ensure your child is using designated crosswalks to cross the street. Please ensure that you are not parking in the bus lane during designated bus loading times.

Our first parent-teacher-student conferences are coming up October 16th and 17th. Powerschool makes it pretty easy to stay current with where our kids are at in terms of achievement and assignments, but if after your meet with the teachers you feel that you would like some additional tutoring support, I do have a list of high school students who may be hired to work with your kiddo. Contact me if you are interested.
Our Tyler Smith presentation is coming up next Wednesday. We sure are grateful to our community partners that have provided us with this opportunity. If you haven't signed the online permission form, please check that out! More details below about Tyler.
