Hawks,

Yesterday was decades day, so that was an excellent opportunity for me to pull out the 90s and, by association, my teenage years. I had a lot of fun hanging out with my "fellow kids." It also made me think a bit about all the water that has, at this point, flowed under the bridge. When those moments chase through my mind, I am often reminded of the jellybean video that I have added to this message. It is a reminder to me to enjoy the moments of the day.

We also wore our pink shirts this week in order to stand up to bullying. This is an important message in a place where several hundred adolescents converge every day! Almost invariably, there will be difficult interactions, but we invariably work through them when we work as a team.

Perhaps some of you are wondering when we will know who will be your new principal next year. Know that they will be announced in the next couple of weeks! Exciting times at CSCS! Enjoy your weekend!
