The last two weeks have been a whirlwind! The Grand Opening was a great event! A big shout-out goes to everyone who made it happen as well as those who attended. Mr. Lake even managed to roll by and check out his old desk! I would be remiss if I didn't give a big thank you to the Leduc Chamber of Commerce, who brought in vendors related to the trades for our students to interact with and also fed the school as part of the deal! Our leadership students showed great citizenship in helping get the food out to everyone as well. 

With all these fabulous partners at the opening, it was amazing that no one was concerned about getting accolades. They all arrived with the idea that we had an opportunity in this space to make great things happen for students. 

In just over a week we will welcome our first cohort of grade 11 and 12 students into the shop, and we are looking forward to it in so many ways! Stay tuned for some updates on the happenings!
