External Grading of coursework

Students and Parents are reminded that 64% of the AS Global Perspectives programme is based on the coursework components 2 and 3.

This coursework should now be ready and placed in the folder that your teacher has provided.

Your teacher will check that you have included the necessary documents but this work will be sent to Cambridge International Education (CIE) for grading. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have used the rubrics and guidance provided to ensure your work is of the highest standard possible.

Exam Preparation

In the remaining weeks of school before study leave begins it is important that you take the opportunity to complete past papers in order to receive feedback and suggestions for improvement. The suggested past papers are available as hard copies in the classroom.

It's an honour to facilitate the course that is going to prepare you for university!

During the course of this year you will explore the details of analysis and evaluation which will impact your skills as a researcher and a critical reader. You will be exploring topics with different cultures and perspectives and it is important that we respect other viewpoints and perspectives, even if we do not agree on a personal level.

The Google classroom will be facilitated by your classroom teacher and all the resources are made available there.

This is a skill - based subject and hence your attendance and regular practice will definitely impact your grades.

Please feel free to reach out to us on your emails should you have any questions.
