Description
Is your organization going through large-scale changes? Are you in charge of using communication to manage resistance and build trust in your unit? Do you work with senior leadership and executives to ensure their vision is heard across your university? In this EDUCAUSE IT Communications Community Group (ITCOMM CG) virtual coffeeshop, our panelists will discuss their approach to communicating during times of change, relaying their own experiences, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and outcomes of their change initiatives.
