Several contributing factors resulted in the storage system problems which began this morning at 9:30 a.m. Two of the problems have been resolved. Resolving the remaining issue will require a reboot of the system. IT support staff began that process at noon. We anticipate all services will be fully functional at the end of the day. Planned Outage during business hours

The storage system update and maintenance work is progressing as anticipated and will continue for the rest of today and into the early morning hours on Saturday.
