Several contributing factors resulted in the storage system problems which began this morning at 9:30 a.m. We have resolved several of the issues. However, the system has not yet running at full capacity and we are continuing to work with the vendor overnight to restore full service as quickly as we can.[signature block here]

Planned Outage during business hours

The storage system update and maintenance work is progressing as anticipated and will continue for the rest of today and into the early morning hours tomorrow. We expect all services to be fully functional at the close of the migration window: 7:00 am, Saturday January 5, 2008. Thank you for your patience during this disruption.[signature block here
