Deadline 20-10-23

You need to complete all work for your Assignment for Unit 4 and complete your game animatic.

Add your animate native file to your one drive in my folder and export your animatic as an animated gif and put that into your folder.

The Deadline for this Assignment is 20-10-23 but I wont start marking until the 30th October so if you need additional time please make use of half term to complete your work.

The images that you have found you will need to do the following:-

• Open up Photoshop

• Open the image you have downloaded

• Use the marquee tool (2nd down in your tool bar)

• Draw round your image

• Press Ctrl C (to copy)

• Go to File>New (Make sure that you have a transparent background and not white)

• Click Create

• Press Ctrl V (to paste)

• Use the magic wand which is the 4th tool down in your tools palette.  Hold down the mouse and a pop up will pull out and choose the magic wand.

• Click on the background of your image and then click delete on the keyboard

• If you end up removing part of your image press Ctrl Z (this will undo your previous action)

• Look at the top of your tool bar and change the tolerance from 32 to a lower number and try again

• When finished Export your image as a png ready for uploading to Animate.

You will need to do this for all your assets where you dont want your object to be in a white box.

For your animations that you have downloaded you may need to do the same for each of the frames and then replace them in Animate.
