Open Layers.psd
When creating your images you have more control by doing things on different layers so that you can edit and adapt your images without having to start from scratch each time.
You can click on the eye to hide a layer whilst working on others.
You can padlock a layer so you dont accidentally use it.
Click on the eyedropper and choose a bright yellow.
Click on the zoom tool to zoom in
Double click on the hand tool to bring the full picture back to the screen.
Click on the brush tool and then at the top change your size to 500 pixels and then change the mode to Dissolve.
Click on the circle layer and add another layer and then paint around the circle.
Now click on the sky layer to make it active and choose the spot healing brush, click on the brush selector and change the size to 100 pixels.
Click on the two birds on this layer and they will disappear.

You can save this file to your computer - File>save as> name it layers. It will save your file as a .psd which you can then edit and use again. Now File>Export>Export as make sure you have JPG chosen and click Export and save it in your downloads area.
JPG is your finished image file.
PSD - Is your editable file
Open up layers .psd
Click on the eye in layers for the Phonograph layer - this hides the layer.
Hold Alt and click on the eye on this layer again and you will only see this layer.
Click on the Wing layer
Click on the Dodge tool and move over the birds wing to lighten
Click on the bird layer and move it below the phonograph layer, the birds beak will be behind this layer.
Click on the select tool and make sure that auto check is selected.

Click on the green butterfly in the centre of the image and move the butterfly, this will automatically select this layer.
Click a new layer and this will be added above the layer you are on.
Click the brush tool and click and paint anywhere.
Click the trash icon and this layer will be binned. If you make a mistake use Ctrl and Z and it will undo your last move.

Click and open selections.psd
Use the marquee tool to drag and draw around the grapefruit diagonally.
Choose Layer from the top, Create new adjustment layer and then Hue/Saturation and click ok.

You will have a new layer in your layers palette.
This allows you to edit the image without destroying it.
Open the Properties panel above your layers.
Drag the hue slider to about 30+ until the grapefruit looks like a lemon.
Select the fruit layer and use the lasso tool to select a piece of fruit and its shadow and click on your starting point.
Select the eyedropper and click on the light blue background.
Click Edit from the top and choose Fill, a dialogue box will appear.
content - click on the drop down and choose foreground colour. Click OK.
This will fill in your selection with the background colour. The Kiwi has now gone.
You can click on select and choose deselect to lose the lasso tool.
Click on the bowl layer and then where the magic wand is click and hold and the pop up will come out for you choose the object selection tool.
Draw around the fruit in the bowl.
Click the add to selection option which are the two overlapping squares so you can add more to the selection.

Drag a rectangle around the rest of the fruit and your image should look like mine with all the fruit selected.
Select the Object Tool
