What is a production log?
A production log is a timeline to your project, this will include any critical stages or developments with in the project.
When creating a large scale project you need to be able to track your progression as well as the development of the team or yourself to ensure that you are evenly distributing your time. you are also able to track back what you did and what worked vs what didn't. identifying problems and helping to develop ways to overcome or avoid these issues in the future.
Why do we need a production log?
A production log is crucial to a project as it helps to keep a detailed log of what happened throughout the project and Ihelps track progress, identify any issues or inefficiencies, maintain a chronological timeline of tasks, materials used, and personnel involved.
