Printers
Most classrooms are equipped with a printer intended to be used for small print jobs. Ink/toner is purchased at the school level typically through the building book-keeper. Student devices cannot be connected to printers. Any items that need printing from student devices will need to be sent to a teacher device and printed from there. This page includes information about how to connect to classroom printers and workroom copiers.
Add a Classroom Printer
Each printer has a unique number called an IP address. The IP address for printers can be found by using the controls on the printer to print the network set-up page. The IP address will be listed on the page and begins with the number 10.

Workroom copiers can also be added to teacher devices. This is done through a technology work order. Once complete, teachers can print items directly to the workroom copier.
