Parent Square
Parent Square is a program that allows the district, schools, and teachers to efficiently communicate with families.
Access
ParentSquare can be accessed via ClassLink by CMCSS staff.
Navigate
Select icons along the top of the dashboard to navigate in ParentSquare. Get started learning how to use the program by selecting the question mark indicated with the yellow arrow in the picture.

Using the Zen Desk makes learning how to use ParentSquare easy. There is no need to sit through a lengthy training or webinar. Just click a topic or search by keyword.
Getting Started - Teachers is a great place to start learning about how to use ParentSquare.
*Start by watching the 5-minute video, located in the center of the page, or use the Table of Contents to jump straight to features of interest.
*Check out the left side of the window to navigate the entire ZenDesk using the collapsable topic lists.
Provide Help for Parents
Use the Parent section of the Zen Desk to quickly provide parents with answers to questions about ParentSquare.
Quickly navigate to the information you need, then print and share with parents via email, LMS, or send home a paper copy with the student.
