Cyber.org is a free curriculum warehouse for K-12 teachers. It is provided by NICERC in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security and was created to help develop a growing workforce in the Cyber Security field. Teachers need only sign up at Cyber.org to access the free Cyber Security-related curriculum options. Use the information below to get started using this resource.
Modules contain presentations, teacher notes, unit overviews, project guidelines, student handouts, and more. Teachers must have a validated account using a school email address to access the curriculum. Below is a screenshot of the curriculum dashboard. Notice how the modules have content for grades K-12.
On the Cyber.org landing page under the Families section are units of study to support learning about cyber safety. These 'Keys' are available without a login.
Cyber.org has a collection of Cyber Safety videos (located under the Families heading). Each video is 3 minutes or less and is appropriate for all grade levels. Each video is linked below, or click the heading to navigate to the Cyber.org page.
