Folders can be created to help manage emails.

Custom calendar groups can be created by the CMCSS systems administrator by submitting a technology work order.
To add a calendar event, double click on the calendar on the day and time that you want to schedule. Fill out the menu that appears including inviting participants. The event will appear on the calendar upon saving/sending.
