As of the fall of 2024, CMCSS has added ExploreLearning's Reflex and Frax tools to all elementary schools' resources. Reflex builds students' addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division fluency skills. Frax teaches fraction concepts, so students can interpret, represent, compare, order, and estimate with fractions. Both K-5 students and teachers will access these tools through Classlink.
Reflex - Student Screen
Reflex and Frax are online math programs from ExploreLearning. Each has its own focus.
Reflex - Building math fact fluency for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in students is the goal of Reflex.
Frax - Understanding fractions at a conceptual level is Frax's goal.
Frax - Student Screen
All Students and Classes are added nightly through a PowerSchool Sync.
Both Reflex and Frax are accessible from the Reflex Button in ClassLink.
In Google Chrome, access Classlink: https://launchpad.classlink.com/cmcss.
Select the Reflex Math (LTI) tile.
The 1st time that you access either Reflex or Frax will be different than return visits.
On the 1st Visit, you will come to a screen that urges you to create a login username and password just for these 2 programs.
It is recommended to use your firstname.lastname as the username and an easy to remember password for Reflex and Frax.
During return visits to Reflex and Frax, you will go directly to the Account Home page. Here you can access students and their progress data through...
