Adamson Muula is an Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Malawi, College of Medicine. He was awarded the medical degree after studies at th e Flinders University of South Australia (Adelaide, Australia) and the University of Malawi, College of Medicine, a Master of Public Health from Loma Linda University (California, US) and a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (North Carolina, US). He is board certified in Public Health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners (US). Author of over one hundred peer-reviewed papers, he has also co-authored or authored three books. His main areas of research interest are: adolescent health, lifestyle and behaviours and medical education. Since 2010, he has been Deputy Dean of Medicine at the University of Malawi.
