Professional Development Plans

Dear all

Please find attached the Professional Development Plan (PDP) template. As discussed please begin to think about your professional goals and some of the skills you need to develop particularly during the PhD period. Also reflect on how you plan to develop these skills (e.g., course work, attending short courses, etc.). 

I have also attached is a document from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine - LSHTM Personal Development Planning Tool for Research Degree Students - that might be useful as you work on your PDP
