APA Utah Chapter Organizational Structure

Board Structure:

• President (Director & Officer)

• Vice President (Director & Officer)

• Seven elected Directors

• Student Representative (Director & Officer, does not count towards total quorum number)

• Ex Officio members (Non-voting):

Committees:

• Communications Committee (CC)

• Membership Committee (MC)

• Legislative and Policy Committee (LPC)

• Partners and Affiliates Committee (PAWG)

• Professional Development & Programs Committee (PDPC)

• Admin & Finance Committee (AFC)

• Past Presidents Committee (PPC)

Executive Support:

• Executive Manager

• Bookkeeper (as applicable)

• Web and graphic designer (as applicable)

• Tax professional (as applicable)

• Social Media content (as applicable)

The term of all appointed positions shall be determined by the Committee, Task Force or Engagement Group Charter. All appointed Chapter positions shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.
