Greetings Sorors!

And just like that…2022 is coming to an end. We put in 2,684 volunteer hours between the Excellence and SOAR programs. You read that right, Soror! Thank you for your continual support of our programs. So, get out your pretty girl sneakers because in 2023 we are going to SERVE and SOAR like never before.

May the light of Christmas and New Year’s bring you joy during the holiday season. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to my wonderful Sorors.

OUR STANDARDS

As the year comes to an end, I would like to thank you for your time, dedication, and patience with the Standards committee.  

What have we done?  Glad you’ve asked.  We have engaged in a Culture Walk.  We have had a mini lesson on Chapter basics.  We have completed the Strategic Plan. We have had a mini lesson on the electronic folder system.  We have engaged in activities to get to know each other better.   

What’s next?  I am doubly glad you’ve asked.  We will revise the Manual of Standard Procedures.  We will conduct the end in review.  We will engage in more activities to grow our TRO brand.  Stay tuned.  

As a friendly reminder on our journey to compliance as well as operating procedures defining who we are, we are going to go…go slow…but, go…correctly.  Why?  Because we are Tau Rho Omega.
