We had a very busy week leading into vacation!
Before leaving for the SPCA, we practiced reading our writing.
We had such an amazing visit to the SPCA to hand off our writing and treats for the animals we wrote about. Ms. Mindy gave us a full tour and we had a great time meeting the cats and a few of the dogs! Playing with the puppy was a lot of fun. This week we had fun learning a couple of new math games!
On Thursday, we had our first school Spelling Bee. Everyone did a fabulous job with their grade level words. Congratulations to our class winner!
On Friday we did some fun writing work based off the pigeon character in Mo Willems' books.
We also had fun playing math games with one another!
