IB Diploma Course Students: Grade of C or above in Grade 10 English and Social Studies. 

Description:

Psychology is a two-year course. IB year 1 students (SL & HL) will examine human behavior from the sociocultural, cognitive, and biological perspectives, covering PAPER 1 in its entirety. Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methodology will be studied in the context of preparation for PAPER 3 and to help hone critical thinking skills when evaluating research studies (PAPER 1 and 2). The in-depth study of the experimental method in particular will prepare students for the IB Internal Assessment requirement which is a replication of a simple experiment conducted under the instructor’s guidance.
