Conducting Course with Bathgate Brass

A huge congratulations to Douglas, who recently attended a conducting course with Bathgate Brass for the second year in a row. Working alongside the band and conductors from across Europe, he developed his technique, shared ideas, and performed music in a collaborative and inspiring setting. Douglas returned full of praise for the course and delighted with the experience.

Thanks also to the ACMS staff, boarding team and parents for making sure everyone arrived on time, looking fantastic, instruments polished to perfection and ready for the spotlight. A special shout-out to our pupils, who were professional throughout. The photographers commented several times on how much of a pleasure it was to work with them.

The photo will be completed in post-production over the next 10 days. Orders placed within the first two weeks will be delivered to ACMS free of charge and handed out via Miss Donati’s office. Orders placed after this period will need to be made directly through the company and will incur a delivery fee.

Jazz at Ellon Castle Gardens

Best of luck to our jazz quintet, who will be performing at Ellon Castle Gardens on Saturday afternoon to celebrate the Rotary Club’s 50th anniversary. We hope they enjoy a sunny day and a lively crowd!

Leavers’ Concert

We’re looking forward to celebrating our S6 pupils at the Leavers’ Concert on Thursday evening. Due to high demand, the ticket application form is now closed.
