Subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Advertising Policy (File: KHB) and Guidelines (File: KHB-R), the above-identified advertiser is hereby leasing the use of space at the following currently designated facility:

· Along the fencing at Clark Field (excluding the along the eastern perimeter of the field) from April 1 - December 1

Price for different size banners or for different periods of time is at the discretion of the School Committee.

The Advertiser holds the West Springfield School District harmless for any damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or acts of vandalism.

ADVERTISING CONTRACT

By signing this contract, the advertiser acknowledges, understands and agrees to all of the terms and conditions of this contract and promises to pay the advertising cost by the date as noted above (page 1). The individual signing this contract on behalf of the advertiser certifies that he/she has the necessary authority to bind the advertiser. This contract may not be assigned without the express written consent of the West Springfield School Committee. The advertisement(s) must comply with the School Committee’s Advertising Policy (File: KHB) and Guidelines (File: KHB-R). If the School Committee deems an advertisement to be in violation of the School District’s Advertising Policy and Guidelines, the School Committee may require the removal of the advertisement. The West Springfield School District reserves the right to amend the Advertising Policy and Guidelines from time to time and this advertising contract is subject to any such revisions.
