Downstairs on the main floor of the Education building, through the door at the back of the cafeteria, there exists a garden much like ours!
I bet not a lot of you knew that. It was planted by Sustain SU, and includes many varieties of native Alberta plants. Hmm!
I went down today to visit them for the second time, because I noticed a lot of similar species that are much more established than those found in our gardens. Here is what I found! Take a look and try to imagine what our gardens will look like once these plants grow and spread!
Blue Flax!
Three Flowered Avens!
Wild Bergamot!
Prairie Sagewort!
