Form Running Out of End zone- High Knees, Exaggerated Stride, Butt Kickers, Carioca with high knees every 5 yards, Toe Touches (lift leg to extended arm and kick palm of hand every 5 yards), Back Pedal, Lunges, Bear Crawl and Stances

Discuss Hand and Arm Position with Football
Hand cover the point of the football
High and Tight - Wrist is higher than elbow
Feeling Danger - Roll ball to your breast plate, second hand, cover up.
Hand Off Position - Turn Palm Out and Elbow Up, Exaggerated Pocket
2 Back Position - Feet Shoulder with apart, Hands on Thighs, Not too High - Drop Short Step Opposite of hole - 2 Point
3 and 4 Back Position - Directional Step towards hole - 3 Point
Running in Place Pocket Drill Exchange - Arm closest to QB, Arm up
Hand Off, Pocket Drill Exchange - split player in half facing each other 1/4, 1/2 and full speed.
Partner Up Ripping and Gripping Slap ball out - Up, Down, Side Strip the Ball - You never know when you turn into defender.
Leg Drive - Defender - Put arms around RB waist - RB runs 10 yds, Breaking Tackles with leg drive
Bag Drills
Add Shield to Bag drills. Pick up Knees, Zone Step, High and Tight (BALL does not move), Good Pad Level, and Finishing Play to Cone
High Knee Drill - One Foot at a Time. Two feet at a Time.
Stutter Step Drill - 3 stutter steps per hole. Control your body
Side Step Drill - Turn body parallel to the 5 half round bags. Hit runner with shield. Run to cone
Turn Drill - Turn body at Bag 3 of the 5 bags. Hit runner with shield. Run to cone.
Shuffle Drill - Weave Between Bags - Hard Cuts Bag of Footballs. Hit runner with shield. Run to cone.
Skate Drill the first two parallel to the bag and explode the last three bags.
Zig Zag Shuffle Drill - Weave between the bags. Hit runner with shield. Run to Cone.
Back out of Hole Drill - Go into hole 3 steps, Back out of Hole. Go to Next hole. All 5 bags
Jump Cut Drill - Put small bags in L 4, put 4 large bags, Run to cone . Now big bags to small bags. With small bags quick feet.
L Bags Shuffle - Set up the 8 bags in L's, shuffle down plant inside foot.
T Drill - 2 or 1 hole. Run to cone.
Double Jump Cut - first level cut, press the hip, now make another cut. Run to cone.
Reaction Cut Drill - Smooth to the Hole - Speed Through the Hole!! 2 bags on ground, 2 bags in coach’s hand -2 bags lean one direction back goes opposite, Go underneath Scraping LB or cone.
Balance Drill - Left leg up Right hand down and switch 5 Times
Wheel Drill - 4 bags wheel put Right hand in the middle and go around, then left hand with football in opposite hand go around, high and tight. Jump over 2 bags @ 45 degree

Running Backs Catching Balls
Zero in on laces, Proper football technique, Three hard steps up field.
Bounce Drill - Ball bounces in front of player, concentrate on ball, Tuck away
Hook Drill - Players back is towards QB, hit, player turns, Tuck away
Flat Pass Drill - Player body facing bench, Looks in, QB throws ball tuck away
Jumping Over Dummies to Catch Football - 4 QB’s, 4 bags, players jump over bag and catch ball

Contact Drills
Pinned into sidelines, Tackler has cut back angle, not running out of bounds. Turn back into defender, striking. Get pad level below his, beat the man and burst up field.
Lift Drill - 5 Yards apart - Shoulders Square, Get your pad level below his
Extend opposite arm, after contact five yards
Blast Drill First Time - Split Defender - Second time Can not split tight spin - 2 shields
Three Step Cut Drill - Make hard cuts through 5 cones
Stagger - 3 people with shields 5 yds apart - attack with inside shoulder, lower hips, run through man
Run Blocking - Head in hole, hands inside the cylinder, move your feet
Pass Blocking - Have defender come to you
One on One Pass Pro Drill - First Hit - Mirror Drill between 2 cones 5 yards apart -Second Hit - Defenders go up field Blocker rides him out.
