1) Choose the Free Version
2) Use your school email and password to create an account.
Create and Share the Prezi
1) One person will create a Prezi. Make sure to consult with your partners on the background you choose.
2) Creator of the Prezi, click the share icon - top right hand corner. It looks like a box with an arrow.
Type in partner school email addresses.
Creating the Prezi
1) All partners can access the Prezi at the same time.
2) To insert photos the insert photo button. This button is located at the top of the page in the middle. This allows you to access a google image search.
3) If you want to switch the order of your slides, you can do that on the left hand side of the page.
4) You can switch the arrangement of the slides on your background. This is a bit more complicate process.
Prezi Help
Good Sources:
Government websites: ends in.gov
Non-Profit organizations: ends in.org.
College or Academic Sources: ends in .edu.
You can use .com sources but understand who is writing it.
Poor Sources:
Wikipedia - Anyone can edit Wikipedia.
John's history blog. May be an ok source if John is a university history professor. Otherwise probably not a good choice. The information on this site may not be accurate.
Moodle Directions
Script needs to be at least 2 pages written.
12 to 15 pictures
First slide is your title slide.
Music must be added from your iTunes account or you tube. Make sure the volume of your music does not drown out the voice over.

Share Prezi
Click the Share icon - top right hand corner
Type in partner school email addresses
Search Engine - Google
Voice Recorder
Use the search engine Google - type in voice recorder
Free - online Voice Recorder Speak Pipe
Start Record icon or button - click it
Click allow green button
Pop up click allow
Record automatically - Speak Now
Stop when finished
Verify Your Recording (If it is too quite)
Can press play arrow
Click if okay Save on server
Click Save
Link to This Recording
Click Download
Back to Prezi
Go to the slide you want
Click insert at top
Click add voice over
Choose the voice over you want
Open it
It automatically adds the voice over onto the slide
For each audio slide or picture repeat the process
Upload Prezi Through Moodle Chrome Book
click the "edit" button
go to "share" in the top right hand corner
copy link
go to moodle
scroll down to topic ten in the Moodle
click "submit group video" link
click "add submission"
press ctrl v
submit video
