Form Running Out of End zone- High Knees, Exaggerated Stride, Butt Kickers, Carioca with high knees every 5 yards, Toe Touches (lift leg to extended arm and kick palm of hand every 5 yads), Back Pedal, Lunges, Bear Crawl and Stances

W Drill - going backwards pass - cut hard, going forward ball - cut hard
Stance - Line up on the inside shoulder of the offensive player, Inside foot back, toe under your nose - looking forward - move inside foot back first - shoulders square - Do not give up the slant - force QB to throw the fade
Back Pedal Progression Drill - Walk, 1/2, Full - Need 3 cones for three lines - Lt. DB, FS, Rt. DB Form, Form, Form!
Defensive Back Tackling Drills
Form Tackling Drill - Start on Knees and work for proper fit to standing up - Shoot the hips, grab cloth high, and head is always up. If you can not see it, you can not tackle it. - Left and Right side. Put your face mask on the ball to pop it out.
Duck Wall Angle Drill - Left and Right Put your face mask on the ball to pop it out.
One Man Tackling Sled - Left Shoulder and Right Shoulder wrap with arms by grabbing cloth and drive legs. Put your face mask on the ball to pop it out.

Defensive Backs Run Stop Drills
Attacking and Fighting off of the Stalk Block - Must aim for outside shoulder to force player inside filtering player into the middle or where your friend are at. Put your face mask on the ball to pop it out.
Push Pull - Wide base
Corner must be FORCE man on sweeps and tosses. Free Safety must play CLOUD
Cloud - FS takes DB's man. Maybe Half Back Pass

Allignment Responsibilities for Twins and Trips
Option Responsibilities all
Blitz Package Crunch - DB weak side FS must play Cloud, Free - FS goes through weak side A Gap.
Bait - Start off tight and back pedal 5 yards or Start off 5 yards back and get tight for jam
Cloud - FS has DB's man on weak side crunch and if DB is force on Sweep and Toss
"Switch and Lock" with LB's for pick routes both players must say it - switch players man to man
