Finding our way

WALT build our vocabulary knowledge.

Instructions:

A long time ago people used the sun, moon and stars to help them find their way around. Māori used the stars to find their way across the Pacific. The Matariki stars will soon appear in the sky. What do we know about this? What will we find out? We will read and talk about different texts together. You will also explore the texts independently after we have talked about them.

We will also do some activities to help us find our way around school. Check out the tasks! How do these tasks relate to our orienteering sessions?

Finished? Choose a buddy from your reading group. Choose one of their recent blog posts. Write a quality blog comment on the blog post. Do you need to reply to any comments on your blog?
