• - Begin to develop and understanding of the events in US history that ultimately resulted in the American Revolution.

• - Analyze whether or not the colonies were justified in their rebellion.

• - Understand key events from the American Revolution and how those events led to the Declaration of Independence.

• - Begin developing a plan for your Speak literary essay.
