NHD - Final Checklist

1.  Annotated Bibliography Tune-Up

      - Every source you use must be present, including pictures.

        - Every source must be annotated (How & Why it contributes to your project/research)

        - Indicate Primary / Secondary for every source.

2.  Come up with an Interesting Title

3.  The Packet - 2 Copies (3 for Papers)

4.  Edit / Revise:  Proof-read everything!

5.  Practice (esp. if a Performance)

6.  Make sure you are telling the whole story of your topic.

      - Act as if the judges know nothing about it.

        - Give us background information we need to know.

        - Give us some nitty-gritty detail.

7.  Next Level Research (time permitting)

      - Add "Historical Context" - What else was going on that was relevant?

        - Analyze the theme in a unique way.
