Today, you will...   

        - Analyze the film and the literary elements of The Outsiders and synthesize the relationships between its characters, themes, and symbols.

        - Analyze the characters in The Outsiders through the lens of character strengths, and also re-assess your own character strengths.

        - Understand and analyze how the world was irrevocably changed when Europeans came to the "new world" by studying the era known as the Columbian Exchange.
