Getting technical- Learn about the relationships between line and tone, pattern and shape and texture.
Imitate the artist- Imitate the work of Evelyn Dunbar by recreating one of her landscapes during the war.
Become the artist- Create a landscape drawing inspired by the work of Evelyn Dunbar.
Evaluate- Evaluate the final piece.
Getting technical- Learn about how to choose paints and implements appropriately. Plan and create different effects and textures with paint to create a colour wash.
Become the artist- Create a landscape painting of a air raid scene. The background will be a colour wash using water colours and the foreground will be made from black card to show the sihouett of the London skyline during WW2.
