Attempt a variety of partner balances exploring counter tension and counter balance techniques.
Fundamental skills required to perform the forward roll.
Perform a full routine that involves shapes, travelling, balances, jumping rolling and small apparatus.
Learn to be creative when exploring basic movement patterns using travel and floor patterns.
Develop ways to respond to different stimuli using directions, levels and dynamics. Link movements in small groups.
Use different stage directions in dances to make them more creative and aethetically pleasing. Develop dance by using different direction at different times.
